Lamora Healthcare is a nurse-led, CQC-registered specialist complex care and live-in care provider. Our directors are qualified nurses — an RGN and an RMN — with over 30 years of combined experience managing the most demanding clinical presentations across Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Luton, and nationwide.

NHS teams, hospital discharge coordinators, and local authority commissioners regularly face situations where the standard provider network cannot meet the clinical complexity of the case — or cannot mobilise quickly enough to prevent harm.
These are the situations Lamora Healthcare was built for. Our nurse-led model means clinical decision-making happens at director level — not through a chain of supervision — enabling faster, safer, more accountable responses to the most complex presentations.
Patients medically fit for discharge but unable to leave due to absence of a suitable clinical package at home — risking deconditioning, bed-blocking, and deterioration.
Existing care arrangements failing due to unmanaged clinical complexity, behaviour that challenges, or inadequate clinical oversight — leaving individuals at immediate risk.
Individuals whose care needs have increased beyond the capacity of their current package — creating risk of hospital admission, safeguarding concerns, or community crisis.
Complex presentations — dual diagnosis, acquired brain injury, high-dependency physical needs — that fall outside the clinical capability of the standard local provider base.
Call our clinical team directly on 0333 004 0177 or submit a referral online. We respond to all enquiries within one working day — urgent referrals within four hours.

Our clinical governance model is built around measurable outcomes — the metrics that NHS teams, local authorities, and case managers use to evaluate provider performance.
Proactive clinical monitoring and early escalation protocols reduce avoidable hospital admissions and emergency department attendances.
Nurse-led clinical oversight stabilises deteriorating or previously unmanaged presentations, enabling safe, sustained community placement.
Goal-oriented care planning promotes functional independence, supporting reviews for package reduction where clinically appropriate.

Many providers describe themselves as nurse-led. At Lamora Healthcare, our directors are practising nursing professionals — an RGN with 20+ years of senior clinical experience and an RMN with specialist expertise in acute mental health, PICU, and community psychiatry.
This means every clinical decision — from complex care assessments to safeguarding escalations — is made or directly supervised by nurses who have worked in the most demanding care environments in the NHS. It is not a management structure with clinical oversight bolted on. It is clinical governance by design.
