We Acknowledge Your Enquiry

All enquiries are acknowledged within one working day. You will receive confirmation of receipt and the name of the team member handling your enquiry.

Initial Discussion

A member of our team will contact you to discuss your needs in more detail, gather relevant background information, and answer any initial questions.

Assessment

For care referrals, we will arrange an initial assessment — typically completed within five working days of referral. This informs a bespoke support proposal.

Care Package Agreement

We present a proposed care package to the individual, their family, and commissioning team, and agree a start date once all parties are satisfied.
